Step One: Call 423-378-7867 and obtain the unit size and unit number.
Each location has a black box with Lease Agreement to review, read, and sign.
Step Two: Fill out lease agreement following instructions on the envelope, then drop with money order or check thru door drop slot.
Office hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday-Friday and 8:30 am – 1 pm on Saturday. After hours representative will assist you to lease anytime call 423-378-7867.
